Watching Democrats Fighting Trump Is Like Watching A Grown Man Fighting A Stuffed Bear

Okay, I’ve gone along with the whole “Vote for the lesser of two evils” idea for 30 years, and it’s gotten us where we are now: environmental ruin, constant warfare, lowered wages, increased drug dependency, increased hatred between various communities, and decreased involvement in our own communities. Why don’t we try it my way just once and vote for Jill Stein this time around?

I know, you’re thinking “This time it’s really going to work!” “This time we’ve got a real winner with a proven track record of making things better!” “It’s a no-brainer, we’ve got to vote for Biden!” You make a compelling argument. Allow me to present a counterargument.

I’ve watched Democrats fighting Donald Trump for 8 years now. I’ve been watching Democrats mostly lose to Trump for 8 years now. In case you haven’t noticed, 2024 isn’t shaping up to be a red-letter year for Democrats either.

Democrats lost the farmer vote long ago. How can any political party feel good about not having farmers on their side? And why would you be willing to write off a critical portion of the voting populace? It might conceivably be defensible if it was necessary in order to win voters from other segments of society, but as you will soon see, this is not the case.
