Or else, if you’re not quite so cynical (read clear-eyed) about things, vote your hopes and dreams, so that the blindfold can be ripped from your own eyes like a band-aid from a poorly-healed wound. It’ll hurt like hell, but we’re always better being stripped of our illusions in the long run. Change has to come, and these perhaps are the two most anti-change candidates we have ever seen. Whoever you vote for, you will be voting for environmental destruction, war, and anti-intellectualism.
