If We Don’t Treat Billionaires Right, They Might Abandon Us

The world doesn’t appreciate its billionaires. Honestly, I don’t know why they put up with us. They should pull up stakes and move to an island where they can all live together and create a utopia for the absurdly rich. A place where they wouldn’t be bogged down by the likes of us Untermensch. It speaks well of their kindheartedness that they haven’t done so already.

Nevertheless, I’m trying to plant a bug in their ear to find an island somewhere that they can live apart from us and the constant demands we make on them. I’d even go so far as giving them England, as it’s home to little more than football hooligans at this point anyway.

England would be the perfect place for them. The Thames would be a perfect spot for them to park their yachts, although London Bridge might have to be torn down in order to accommodate some of the larger ones.

And England already comes equipped with its own palaces and castles, although they may not be sufficiently adequate for modern day royalty. Musk and Bezos would have to scrap it out over who got Buckingham Palace, though, and whoever won could redo it in a gaudy extravagance that would make even the Windsors wince.

Of course, there would be no people willing to trim the estates’ hedges or Lauren Sanchez’s toenails, but they could…
