I was born in 1966, and always considered myself an honorary boomer since I was the youngest of five kids by many years and grew up thoroughly immersed in boomer culture. In fact, I was in love with it and was convinced they were going to change the world. What I wrote is just me facing my delusions from a more realistic perspective. At least the boomers are worth talking about. As a Gen Xer, I really can't say there is anything defining about our culture at all, we were just a further slide away from any idealism or thought that we might make a positive impact on the world. We were a sleeping generation.
